From the initial consultation, we felt very comfortable with their approach, which included all required permitting and overall ownership/stewardship of the process from start to finish. They oversaw their own employees as well as subcontractors who focused on specialized tasks. Jon and Jen also recommended specific vendors for major components, e.g., appliances, cabinets and tile. The Kadi’s maintain great relationships with each vendor, which made coordinating purchases much easier. The project was completed within the initial budget projection and within one week of the projected timeline. The daily crew was very professional while working in our home, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Any identified issues or concerns with the work being performed was quickly addressed to our complete satisfaction.
